Yesterday, I went to Halle/Saale to attend the scoring sessions for the next part of the very popular computer game series Anno1404 for which I orchestrated parts of the orchestral soundtrack. It was a very nice day, the recordings went very smoothly and the “Staatskapelle Halle/Saale” played really great. Here are some pictures from the scoring session: [nggallery id=2]

After Moritz and me have been working together on so many projects already, we finally managed to set up our own website. It is still under construction and will be tweaked within the next few weeks and months as well as there will be a news section added etc but you can have a look at it already at www.nachos-and-cheese.com. We also created our own myspace profile which you can access at www.myspace.com/nachosandcheese1 and add us as a friend :) While we were searching for stuff to put on our site we came across tapes of the scoring sessions from “Tell” from 2007. We thought it might be nice to share it with you so Moritz quickly edited a nice short making of video. Stay tuned as there are more videos to come...
